Jean-Philippe founded PME Performance in 2015. In recent years, he demonstrated his ability to listen and be a leader in business transfers, corporate reorganisation, purchasing and selling of businesses, financing, as well as sitting on the board of multiples businesses, including public and private organizations.
Jean-Philippe is now a strategic advisor and is an arms-length chief of finance who is helping businesses optimizing their growth and organisational performance.
Marc-André Brunet

Prior to joining PME Performance, Marc-André spent many years working for large accounting firms and offering his professional services to entrepreneurs stemming from the Outaouais region.
He specializes in business performance optimisation and their management. He also holds an expertise in corporate income and shareholder taxes. Through the years, he has successfully given advice to many businesses in bringing about their goals and objectives.
Antoine Brousseau
CPA, EEE | CBV
Antoine spent over 5 years at Ernst & Young, in Montreal, contributing his expertise to their advisory transactional and certification services. During that time, Antoine worked on over 30 public and private business transactions, in a variety of fields, including retail, technology, food, aerospace and health industries.
Antoine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration as well as a Graduate’s degree in Public Accounting from HEC Montreal. He also holds the title of CPA, CA and he is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV).
